18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged = 18 years who were admitted to SICU due to perioperative factors; 2.Suspected or confirmed infection with an acute increase of >= 2 points in SOFA score compared to baseline, blood culture, blood routine, serum procalcitonin (PCT), C-reactive protein (CRP) and other tests should be performed according to standard operating procedures. 3.Voluntary signing of informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who refuse the trial; 2.Various reasons led to incomplete data collection in the end; 3.Patients with central hyperthermia, malignant hematological diseases and advanced or recent malignant tumors who have been treated with chemotherapy and immunosuppressive drugs, and patients with basic diseases such as diabetes, hyperlipidemia, liver and kidney metabolic abnormalities, have been definitely diagnosed;
