Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Permanent residents under institution management who have the opportunity to receive influenza vaccine advocacy and vaccination services during the study observation period; 2.Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of COPD based on past medical records, health records, or a physician’s diagnosis; 3.Age >= 40 years; 4.Able to obtain influenza vaccination outcomes through health records, follow-up records, or the vaccination information system; 5.The participant has provided informed consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Expected to move away during the study period, making follow-up impossible; 2.Existing, clear contraindications to influenza vaccination; 3.Already vaccinated with the influenza vaccine for the current influenza season prior to the start of the study; 4.Cognitive impairment, severe mental illness, or other reasons preventing participation in follow-up, and no representative available to assist; 5.Already participating in other intervention studies that may influence influenza vaccination behavior.
