Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic standards of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis (2023 Xian) and the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Crohn's Disease (2023 Guangzhou); 2.Aged >= 18 years; 3.Able to read and write independently or complete the questionnaire with the assistance of the surveyor; 4.Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.In addition to other serious conditions affecting the heart, brain, kidneys and other organs; 2.Suffering from severe cognitive or mental impairments that prevent them from cooperating.
