18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Partial lobectomy requiring one-lung ventilation under elective general anesthesia; 3. ASA Physical Status Classification Class I to III;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with acute respiratory diseases; 2. Combined with severe infection; 3. There are contraindications to the use of positive end-expiratory pressure; 4. Pregnancy; 5. Received non-pulmonary surgery concurrently; 6. Patients who refuse to participate in this study; 7. Severe complications occurring during surgery (such as hypovolemic shock, severe airway spasm, severe allergic reaction, cardiac arrest).
