Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18–85 years; 2. Preoperatively confirmed diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus and continuous regular use of SGLT2 inhibitors prior to hospital admission; 3. Planned to undergo elective abdominal surgery under general anesthesia with an expected operative duration >2 hours; 4. Agree to and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of hyperketoacidemia (blood ketone >3 mmol/L) before anesthesia; 2. Pregnant or lactating women.
