Autoimmune hepatitis often presents with fatigue, poor appetite, jaundice, and hepatosplenomegaly, and may have an acute or insidious onset. Primary biliary cholangitis predominantly affects middle-aged women, with fatigue and pruritus as early typical symptoms

3. Histological evidence suggesting non-suppurative destructive cholangitis and interlobular bile duct injury. PSC Diagnostic Criteria: PSC can be classified into large duct type and small duct type.

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 75 years, with no gender restriction; 2. Meeting the clinical diagnostic criteria; 3. Good patient compliance and willingness to participate in the investigation; 4. Full informed consent obtained from the patient or family member, with a signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Alcoholic liver disease, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, viral hepatitis, drug-induced and toxic liver injury; and other diseases that may cause severe liver injury; 2. Hepatitis, cirrhosis, and liver cancer caused by other etiologies; 3. Acute cerebrovascular accidents and extrahepatic end-stage diseases; 4. Pregnant women, parturients, or lactating women; 5. Diabetes mellitus; 6. Other conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigators.
