Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Confirmed as primary central nervous system glioma by histopathology or molecular pathology. 2.?Age requirement: Age >= 18 years old. 3.Good consciousness and cognitive function: The patient is conscious, has basic verbal or written communication skills, can understand and independently complete the symptom assessment scale (or be assisted by the researcher, but the true willingness of the subject must be guaranteed). 4.Informed Consent: The patient or their legal guardian has been fully informed of this study. 5.Survival expectancy: The expected survival period is >= 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with other malignant tumors: Patients with active malignant tumors in other sites or a history of major malignant tumors. 2.?Presence of severe cognitive or mental disorders: Patients with a previous or current history of confirmed schizophrenia, major depression, bipolar disorder, or severe cognitive impairment caused by tumor compression or surgery, who are unable to cooperate to complete the scales. 3.Combined with severe physical diseases: Patients with severe and uncontrolled cardiovascular, hepatic, renal or hematopoietic system diseases, or other major chronic somatic pain diseases.
