Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Underwent hip arthroplasty; 2. Diagnosed with lower limb deep venous thrombosis by preoperative lower extremity venous color Doppler ultrasound; 3. Complete clinical and imaging data; 4. Received standardized anticoagulation and rehabilitation therapy after surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with symptomatic pulmonary embolism before surgery; 2. Patients with severe coagulation disorders or active bleeding; 3. Patients who failed to complete postoperative anticoagulation or rehabilitation as scheduled; 4. Lost to follow-up patients without postoperative re-examination ultrasound results.
