40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.COPD group: aged 40–80 years, meeting the GOLD diagnostic criteria (FEV1/FVC < 0.7 after inhalation of bronchodilators). 2.AECOPD group: meeting the diagnostic criteria for AECOPD and seeking medical treatment due to acute exacerbation of symptoms; 3. Stable COPD group: Meets the GOLD criteria and is in a stable state (with no acute exacerbation in the past 4 weeks); 4. Healthy group: Has no chronic respiratory diseases, normal lung function, and is matched with the case group in terms of age, gender, and smoking history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Complicated with other major respiratory diseases; 2.Complicated with severe cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency; 3.Suffering from malignant tumors or autoimmune diseases; 4.Unable to cooperate with completing questionnaire surveys or sample collection;
