Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meeting the criteria for metabolically abnormal non-obesity: BMI ranges from 18.5 to 24 kg/m²; having no less than 2 abnormal metabolic indicators, including systolic blood pressure >=130 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >=85 mmHg or confirmed hypertension diagnosis; fasting blood glucose >=5.6 mmol/L or confirmed diabetes diagnosis; triglycerides >=1.7 mmol/L; HDL-C level <1.03 mmol/L in males and <1.29 mmol/L in females; 2.According to the classification standards of the WHO, young people aged 18 to 44; 3.Be able to understand and cooperate to complete intervention activities; 4.Voluntarily participate in the research and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cardiovascular diseases, musculoskeletal system diseases and other diseases with contraindications to exercise; 2. Factors beyond your control that affect your circadian rhythm, like shift work; 3. Taking medications that affect metabolism or sleep.
