Adolescents idiopathic scoliosis

Interventions

Spinal 3D decompression traction group:Spinal 3D decompression traction therapy, 30 min per session, 3 times per week for 4 weeks
PSSE group:PSSE (Physiotherapeutic Scoliosis Specific Exercises), including 3D corrective posture training, stabilization, ADL integration, and breathing exercis

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with AIS; 2.Aged 10–18 years; 3.Cobb angle 10°–20°; 4.No previous relevant conservative treatment; 5.Voluntary participation in the trial, with informed consent for treatment signed by the participant's legal guardian;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with contraindications to exercise or stretching, such as cardiopulmonary dysfunction, systemic infection, uncontrolled metabolic disease, psychiatric problems, or neuromuscular disorders; 2.Subjects with spinal pathology other than AIS or a history of spinal surgery; 3.Concurrent musculoskeletal disorders that may affect the assessment;
