18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the clinical diagnostic criteria for multiple system atrophy (cerebellar type), with MRI showing cerebellar involvement; 2. SARA score >=3; 3. Disease duration of at least 6 months with stable condition over the past 3 months; 4. Stable vital signs, able to cooperate with treatment and assessment; 5. Voluntarily signed informed consent form; 6. Aged 18-75 years, with no sex restriction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Intracranial metallic foreign bodies or implants, or skull defects; 2. Severe neurological disorders (e.g., epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, post-neurosurgical conditions); 3. Severe cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders; 4. Receipt of neuromodulation therapy or participation in related clinical trials within the past 3 months; 5. Severe dysfunction of vital organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys; coagulation disorders; or Individuals deemed unsuitable for enrollment by the investigator.
