Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.age>=18 years old; 2.Patients with stable angina pectoris or suspected coronary artery disease who are clinically scheduled to undergo coronary angiography and physiological assessment. 3.Coronary angiography demonstrates that the target vessel has no severe stenosis (visually estimated diameter stenosis 0.80). 4.Provision of written informed consent for participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are hemodynamically unstable, including those with acute myocardial infarction, cardiogenic shock, and severe cardiac arrhythmias. 2.Patients with end-stage renal disease, or other conditions that constitute contraindications to coronary angiography. 3.Patients with severe bronchial asthma, second-degree or higher atrioventricular block, or other conditions that constitute contraindications to adenosine. 4.Patients belonging to special populations, including those with malignant tumors or terminal illnesses with an estimated life expectancy of 90% or lesions with FFR >0.80.
