20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Younger group: 1) Age = 5 per ovary; AMH level > 1.1 ng/mL. 2. Advanced Age Group: 1) Age = 38 years; 2) Declining ovarian reserve (DOR) according to the Bologna diagnostic criteria: basal FSH = 10 mIU/mL; AFC in both ovaries < 5 and/or AMH level < 0.5–1.1 ng/mL.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other repeat cycles in the same patient; body mass index (BMI) > 25 or < 18.5 kg/m²; polycystic ovary syndrome; endometriosis; a history of ovarian surgery; hyperprolactinaemia; thyroid disorders; and chromosomal abnormalities.
