Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part One: Delphi Expert Inquiry Method Master's degree or above educational background; 2. Thoracic surgery specialists, thoracic surgery nursing experts, oncology experts, community nursing experts, and experts in information engineering; 3. Have over 10 years of working experience, hold the title of associate chief physician, associate chief nurse or above; 4. I am quite familiar with this research and have a high level of enthusiasm, and can continuously participate in the two rounds of inquiries regarding this research. Part Two: Randomized Controlled Trial Intervention 1.Individuals who have been diagnosed with lung cancer for the first time by imaging or pathology and have undergone surgical treatment; 2.Age >= 18 years old; 3.Be aware of disease diagnosis; 4.Can clearly express inner feelings and independently complete questionnaires; 5.Able to accept phone calls and face-to-face follow-up; 6.Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Part One: Delphi Expert Inquiry Method Those who fail to complete two rounds of expert inquiries Part Two: Randomized Controlled Trial Intervention 1.Critically ill and unable to cooperate with the investigator; 2.Diagnosed with other cancer; 3.Those who have already been metastasis at the time of diagnosis; 4.Those who have a history of mental illness and those who are unable to communicate normally due to communication barriers.
