Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years, both genders; 2. Meet diagnostic criteria for idiopathic facial nerve palsy; 3. First episode, unilateral facial paralysis; 4. Time from onset to enrollment <=6 months; 5. Baseline House-Brackmann grade II-V; 6. Willing to sign written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-idiopathic facial nerve palsy (e.g., Ramsay Hunt syndrome, traumatic, neoplastic, postoperative, congenital, or iatrogenic); 2. Previous or current definite central nervous system diseases; 3. Active ear diseases or infections, or skin lesions in postauricular/mastoid region; 4. Previous facial nerve decompression surgery, or botulinum toxin injection in facial muscles within 3-6 months before enrollment; 5. Contraindications to magnetic stimulation (implanted electronic medical devices or metal implants near stimulation area); 6. Pregnancy or lactation; 7. Severe systemic diseases, or psychiatric/cognitive dysfunction that may affect treatment compliance or follow-up completion.
