Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Enrolled as inpatients or outpatients at our hospital from the date of ethical approval until December 31, 2029, and meeting the requirements of a prospective cohort study; 2. Have a history of joint surgery; 3. Present with clinical symptoms/laboratory findings that are highly suggestive of joint infection, or have joint infection confirmed by microbiological testing or pathology reports; 4. The patient or their legal guardian is able to understand the purpose of the study, voluntarily agrees to participate, and is willing to sign written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. More than 20% of key information in the medical records is missing; 2. Severe periprosthetic joint infection or infection around joint grafts that is uncontrollable with antibiotic therapy combined with arthroscopic irrigation or debridement, and requires two-stage joint prosthesis replacement or graft revision surgery for postoperative joint infection; 3. Other conditions that, in the investigator's judgment, make the participant unsuitable for enrollment in this clinical trial.
