Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 18 and = 80 years old; 2.Post-cardiac surgery; 3.Patients who developed neurological complications after surgery, including hemiplegia, coma, convulsions, delayed awakening, aphasia, visual field defects, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Hemodynamic instability; 2.Preoperative presence of extensive cerebral infarction or severe limb dysfunction; 3.Preoperative chronic kidney disease requiring long-term dialysis treatment;
