Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with lumbar fractures through imaging; 2. Patients who are conscious and aged 45 or older; 3. Receiving conservative treatment; 4. Conscious and able to communicate normally; 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Difficulty expressing yourself or communication problems; 2. People with a clear diagnosis of mental illness (such as schizophrenia, dementia, etc.); 3. Those who can't take care of themselves; 4. Patients with serious respiratory, circulatory, or skeletal system diseases, as well as those who are paralyzed and have trouble moving; 5. Patients with multiple injuries but no other serious spinal issues (like spinal tumors); 6. Those with spinal cord injuries or nerve function problems.
