Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years; 2. Malignant tumor confirmed by pathological, cytological, imaging, or clinical diagnosis; 3. Presence of cancer-related pain, including pain caused by the tumor itself, metastases, anti-tumor therapy, or tumor-related complications; Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) score >=1, or currently receiving analgesic therapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients whose primary source of pain is clearly identified as non-cancer-related conditions; 2.Patients with severely missing clinical data, such that pain status or primary outcomes cannot be assessed; 3.Patients with severe cognitive impairment, mental disorders, or communication difficulties who do not have a reliable caregiver to assist in completing the assessments;
