Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 years or older; 2.Patients with a clinical diagnosis of pulmonary infection, supported by microbiological evidence; 3.Patients who have undergone a chest CT scan showing new or progressive pulmonary lesions such as exudates, consolidation, nodules or halo signs, consistent with the imaging features of pulmonary infection; 4.The timing of specimen collection for the patient’s confirmed diagnosis must coincide with the timing of the chest CT scan; ideally within ±3 days; 5.Based on the microbiological results, the treatment was effective.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Poor CT image quality (e.g. significant artefacts); 2.Incomplete clinical and laboratory data;
