Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age over 65 years old; 2.ASA classification of the American Society of Anesthesiologists as grade II or III; 3.Elective general anesthesia for thoracoscopic lung resection; 4.Agree to participate in this trial and sign a written informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is unstable hypertension and a history of heart disease; 2. Severe abnormalities in liver and kidney functions; 3. Patients who have undergone chemotherapy before the surgery; 4. Those with a history of chronic pain or long-term use of painkillers; 5. Those with mental disorders or who cannot cooperate or communicate; 6. Those with contraindications or allergies to esketamine.
