35 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for postherpetic trigeminal neuralgia involving the ophthalmic division; 2. Preoperative NRS score >= 5; 3. Patients with inadequate response to pharmacotherapy who declined peripheral nerve stimulation therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with postherpetic trigeminal neuralgia involving both the maxillary and mandibular divisions; 2. Patients with infection at the planned puncture site; 3. Diabetic patients with poorly controlled blood glucose levels; 4. Patients with psychiatric disorders or inability to cooperate with the procedure; 5. Patients with incomplete clinical documentation.
