Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years, receiving services at our International Medical Department; 2. able to understand and complete the questionnaire (family assistance permitted); 3. informed consent implied by questionnaire completion (waiver of written consent sought).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients requiring emergency resuscitation; 2. Patients with severe cognitive impairment who are unable to cooperate; 3. Patients who only collect medications without completing the full diagnostic and treatment process.
