Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. have a history of outpatient visits in our hospital; 3. be conscious, with basic comprehension and communication skills; 4. be informed and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are treated in the Emergency Department or the Physical Examination Center; 2.those who are unable to complete the questionnaire independently (e.g., due to illness, language, or cognitive impairment) and require assistance from others; 3.hospital internal staff or medical students.
