Intervention group:The first section focuses on educating participants about adolescent depression, covering its definition, causes, diagnostic criteria, treatment options, and prognosis
the second section promotes parent-child communication by teaching five communication skills and conducting various types of parent-child communication exercises
the third section primarily addresses major family issues, helping patients and caregivers identify existing family problems and providing appropriate solutions.

10 Years to 19 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 10 to 19; 2. Adolescents with depression who meet the ICD-11 diagnostic criteria; 3. Willing to participate voluntarily, with a desire to fully express their true feelings and a certain level of verbal communication ability.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from a serious physical illness; 2. Co-occurring with other mental disorders.
