Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Select obese parturients (BMI >= 30 kg/m^2) undergoing cesarean section under spinal anesthesia in the research unit; 2. Age range: 20 - 40 years old; 3. Gestational age: >= 37 weeks; 4. ASA classification: II - III grade;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal of spinal anesthesia or participants; 2.(infection at the puncture site, coagulation dysfunction, and allergy to local anesthetics); 3. Spinal deformity or history of spinal surgery, as well as high-risk pregnancy (preeclampsia and placenta previa)
