Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged from 1 to 18 years old; 2.ICU length of stay >= 24 hours; 3.Children with stable medical conditions; 4.Informed consent signed by the child's legal guardian;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with delirium prior to admission to the department; 2.Children remaining in coma or deep sedation after admission, with RASS score < -3; 3.Children diagnosed with mental disorders, intellectual disabilities or neurological diseases; 4.Children with a history of intestinal surgery, craniocerebral trauma or immunodeficiency;
