Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old. 2. Have undergone regular health check-ups at Chengdu Civil Aviation Medical Center. 3. Be a member of the aviation workforce, including but not limited to pilots, flight attendants, maintenance/repair personnel, air traffic controllers, ground staff, administrative staff, and other related positions. 4. Have the ability to sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this study. 5. Be able to provide at least one set of baseline health check-up data and basic demographic/occupational information.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Refusing to participate in the study or refusing the use of their physical examination data for this research. 2.Individuals unable to complete the collection of core baseline information. 3.Non-civil aviation practitioners. 4.Other conditions judged by researchers to be unsuitable for enrollment.
