Emergence agitation

Interventions

T group:General anesthesia combined with bilateral TLIP block, the local anesthetic is 0.375% ropivacaine, 20 ml for each side.
C group:General anesthesia combined with bilateral TLIP block, the local anesthetic is saline, 20 ml for each side.

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for posterior lumbar open surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Age range: 18 - 70 years old, both genders are acceptable; 3. ASA classification: I - III; 4. Patients have given informed consent and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Scoliosis or spinal deformity; 2. History of ankylosing spondylitis or suspected spinal cord injury; 3. Infection or ulceration at the puncture site; 4. Allergy to local anesthetic; 5. Abnormal coagulation function; 6. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 7. Patients who were admitted to the ICU after the surgery.
