18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 years and above, and 85 years and below, gender not restricted; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of "Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Herpes Zoster in China (2022 Edition)", with pain present and VAS score = 1; 3. Rash onset <= 7 days; 4. Voluntary to sign the informed consent form; 5. Agree to complete the follow-up and provide a valid contact method.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of other chronic painful disorders that may interfere with the evaluation of herpes zoster-related pain; 2.Pregnancy or lactation; 3.Severe psychiatric or cognitive disorders resulting in inability to cooperate with study assessments; 4.Severe hemolysis of serum samples or failure to collect blood specimens; 5.Current participation in other interventional clinical trials.
