Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 to 80 years who are scheduled for elective painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in the standard left lateral decubitus position; 2.classified as ASA physical status class I to III by the American Society of Anesthesiologists.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are absolute or relative contraindications for non-invasive blood pressure (NIBP) measurement in both upper limbs or on any one side: such as after radical mastectomy and axillary lymph node dissection, limb disability, etc.; 2. Those with severe arrhythmias (such as atrial fibrillation, frequent premature ventricular contractions, etc.) that affect the accuracy of NIBP measurement; 3. Those whose baseline difference in systolic blood pressure of both arms before surgery is > 15 mmHg when in the supine position.
