Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to the "2024 Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure in China", patients who meet the following criteria: 1. Aged >=18, of either gender; 2. Having symptoms and/or signs of heart failure; 3. And meet any of the following criteria: (1) Heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF): LVEF = 50%, sinus rhythm with BNP > 35ng/L and/or NT-proBNP > 125ng/L; atrial fibrillation with BNP >= 105ng/L and/or NT-proBNP >= 365ng/L. Objective evidence of left ventricular structural or diastolic dysfunction, echocardiographic E/e' > 14, invasive hemodynamic examination with PCWP >= 15mmHg or left ventricular end-diastolic pressure >= 16mmHg at rest, or PCWP >= 25mmHg under stress. 4. The patient or their legal representative signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute myocardial infarction less than 1 month; 2. Acute phase of myocarditis 3. Severe heart valve disease; 4. Congenital heart disease 5. Rare cardiomyopathy; 6. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 7. Women in pregnancy and lactation period; 8. Patients waiting for heart transplantation or undergoing LVAD; 9. Life expectancy less than 1 year; 10. Situations deemed unsuitable by other researchers.
