Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Confirmed hypertrophic cardiomyopathy: A maximal left ventricular wall thickness = 15 mm in any segment (= 13 mm in patients with a positive family history) on echocardiography or cardiac magnetic resonance imaging, not solely explained by abnormal loading conditions (e.g., hypertension or aortic stenosis). 2.Adherence: Willing to wear the monitoring device for continuous 14–28-day baseline monitoring and to provide a blood sample. 3.Informed consent: Signed written informed consent, with agreement to complete the 3-year follow-up. 4.Age: 18 - 80 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Limited life expectancy: Advanced malignancy or other severe systemic disease with a life expectancy < 1 year. 2.End-stage disease: Baseline NYHA class IV, or already listed for cardiac transplantation (precluding observation of "progression"). 3.Contraindication to or inability to use the device: Bilateral upper-limb disability preventing watch wear, or severe cognitive impairment preventing device operation.
