Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Historical cohort population: Derived from the national epidemiological survey on digestive system diseases conducted by the research team from 2015 to 2018, those who completed the ¹³C breath test and were aged 18 years or above were included; individuals with negative baseline Helicobacter pylori status or those with positive baseline status and subsequent eradication treatment were included in the analysis. 2.Multicenter physical examination population: Derived from the archived records of the physical examination departments of multiple medical institutions, those aged 18 years or above with complete data and including ¹³C breath test results were included; those with >=2 records of ¹³C breath tests in the past 10 years were given priority for inclusion. 3.Population associated with the Beijing Health Commission platform: Derived from the national health information platform of Beijing, those aged 18 years or above within the platform and with previous medical visit records were included; outpatient medical records, laboratory test results, and cross-institutional visit trajectories were obtained through platform association for improving co-morbidity diagnosis and long-term outcome tracking.
