Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18; 2.Planned thoracic surgery (including lobectomy, segmentectomy, pneumonectomy, oesophagectomy, etc.); 3.Able to cooperate with pre-operative lung function tests; 4.Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency surgery; 2.Severe respiratory failure requiring mechanical ventilation was already present prior to surgery; 3.In cases of severe mental illness where the patient is unable to cooperate with the assessment; 4.Pregnant women; 5.Other circumstances deemed by the investigator to render a participant unsuitable for this study;
