Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with adnexal masses who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2025 and received a clear pathological diagnosis; 2. Completed transvaginal (or transrectal) and/or abdominal ultrasound within 30 days before surgery, with full static images available; 3. Lesions can be matched one-to-one with pathological results; 4. Cases belong to one of the following three categories: EAOC (including OCCC and EnOC), atypical endometriotic cysts with solid components suggested by preoperative ultrasound, or primary non-EAOC epithelial ovarian cancer.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Received chemotherapy, radiotherapy, interventional therapy, or other treatments before surgery that significantly changed the lesion's imaging appearance; 2. Poor image quality, missing key slices, severe obstruction by rulers/text, or inability to outline the ROI; 3. Unclear pathological diagnosis or mixed pathology that can't be classified; 4. Recurrent tumors, metastatic tumors, or a history of previous pelvic malignancies that obviously interfere with this study's grouping.
