Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients in the lung cancer group were required to have pathological results and histological subtype confirmed by histological or cytological examination, clinical staging determined per the 8th edition IASLC TNM classification, and a diagnosis of primary lung adenocarcinoma established by preoperative biopsy or intraoperative frozen section. 2. Complete clinical baseline information, imaging data, and histopathological information were available. 3. Patients were required to have good compliance and to be able to comply with regular follow-up assessments. 4. Both sexes, age 18 to 75 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are pregnant, postpartum, or currently lactating; 2. Patients with a history of other malignant tumors; 3. Patients complicated by failure of other major organs; 4. Patients with autoimmune diseases, those on long-term medications that affect immune function, or those who have used or taken immune-enhancing foods or medications over a long period or within the past 2 months. 5. Patients who refused to provide written informed consent;
