Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.First, the age is 60 years or older, meeting the definition of the elderly population as the research subject; 2. An electronic health record has been established at the community health service center of the research location, ensuring that the research team can obtain basic demographic information, past health information, and subsequent vaccination records.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with severe illnesses such as advanced cancer or severe heart disease, with a life expectancy of no more than one year; 2.Those with cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer's disease, who are unable to fully understand or cooperate with the research procedures.
