Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 8–9 years, students in Grades 2–3 of primary school, regardless of gender; 2. Subthreshold ADHD group: total score of 1.2–1.4 on the SNAP-IV Scale (not meeting the clinical diagnostic criteria for ADHD but consistent with subthreshold ADHD), confirmed jointly by parents and school teachers, with no other mental disorders or neurological diseases; 3. Healthy control group: total score <= 0.5 on the SNAP-IV Scale, no ADHD-related symptoms, and no mental, neurological, or motor system diseases; 4. Voluntary participation of parents and children, signed informed consent, and ability to cooperate with the intervention and outcome assessments; 5. No participation in other similar physical activity interventions or cognitive training studies in the past three months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with mental disorders such as ADHD, autism, or depression, or neurological disorders such as epilepsy or cerebral palsy; 2. Severe motor dysfunction or cardiovascular disease that prevents participation in 20 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity; 3. Taking psychotropic medications or participating in other intervention studies in the past three months; 4. Parents or children are unwilling to cooperate, or unable to complete the full intervention and assessments.
