18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Definite diagnosis of Stanford type A aortic dissection confirmed by thoracoabdominal aortic CTA; 2. Onset time 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. presence of a history of cirrhosis, liver surgery, chronic liver disease, or severe hepatitis; 2. Death within 24 hours after surgery; 3. Received renal replacement therapy before surgery; 4. Key medical records are missing by more than 20%.
