Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for extremely premature infants: 1. Gestational age 28 to 32 weeks; 2. Stay in the NICU for at least 48 hours and have stable vital signs; 3.No organic lesions were found in the cranial ultrasound examination. 4.Passed the hearing test; 5. No sedatives were used; 6. Parents give informed consent and sign the informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for mothers of extremely premature infants: 1. Good health, free from organic diseases; 2. Possess basic abilities in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for extremely preterm infants: 1. Impaired consciousness; 2. Mechanical ventilation or acute illness; 3. Severe congenital malformations requiring surgery, such as diaphragmatic hernia and tracheoesophageal fistula.
