Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Nurses who had experienced a patient death-related medical dispute following emergency resuscitation within the past six months; 2.Nurses who had been directly involved throughout the entire resuscitation process; 3.Nurses with independent clinical practice capability and at least one year of clinical experience; 4.Nurses who voluntarily provided informed consent and agreed to participate in semi-structured interviews.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Nurses undergoing temporary training or professional development programs; 2.Nurses who left their clinical positions during the study period; 3.Nurses who refused or withdrew from participation in the interviews.
