Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 years or above; 2.Definitely diagnosed by ophthalmologists and undergone pars plana vitrectomy; 3.Special body position orders formally issued by surgeons due to intraocular gas/silicone oil tamponade, retinal hole location, macular lesions or retinal reattachment requirements after surgery; 4.Clear consciousness, capable of verbal communication and cooperating with posture training and scale assessment; 5.Stable postoperative vital signs, without general conditions restricting immediate posture training; 6.Patients and their family members are willing to cooperate with in-hospital observation and post-discharge follow-up;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients combined with cognitive impairment, mental disorders, severe hearing or language disorders, who cannot understand positional requirements or complete the assessment; 2.Patients combined with severe cervical spondylosis, lumbar spondylosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cardiac insufficiency, severe obesity, obstructive sleep apneasyndrome, or other conditions that cannot tolerate special body positions; 3.Patients with obvious preoperative pressure injuries, severe neck, shoulder, waist and back pain, limb movement disorders or long-term bedridden status; 4.Patients who require emergency reoperation, department transfer treatment due to postoperative ocular or systemic condition changes, or whose special position requirements are cancelled by the physician; 5.Patients who withdraw from the study midway, with missing key observation data or lost to follow-up;
