Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. TD Group Inclusion Criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for Tic Disorders (DSM-5); (2) The patient and their family are informed and voluntarily participate in the study. 2. Inclusion Criteria for the Control Group Children of matching age and gender who underwent health check-ups at our hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Electroencephalogram (EEG) and cranial MRI show specific changes, with abnormal main indicators in tests for liver and kidney function, etc. 2. Tics are clearly caused by medications (such as stimulants, antipsychotic drugs) or other systemic diseases (such as Huntington's chorea, Sydenham's chorea, post-viral encephalitis, epilepsy and clonic seizures, choreoathetosis, Wilson's disease, and other extrapyramidal disorders); 3. Individuals with other somatic functional disorders and organic brain diseases; 4. Those currently participating in clinical trials of other drugs.
