Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Has been enrolled and completed the preliminary study of InFACT; 2.At the end of the 16 week intervention, HbA1c<7%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.In the early research of InFACT, the compliance rate for subjects with a compliance rate of less than 75% (compliance rate calculation: compliance = (actual number of intervention requirements met / theoretical number of dietary interventions) × 100%).
