Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18~45; 2. BMI >= 28 kg/m^2; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists ASA Classification I~III; 4. Patients scheduled for elective weight loss surgery; 5. Patients with no unconscious disorders who can cooperate with examinations; 6. The subject voluntarily signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.People who use sedative-hypnotic drugs for a long time to help sleep; 2.History of opioid use; 3.Contraindicated or allergic to the test drug; 4.Severe dysfunction of the heart, lungs, liver, or kidneys, central nervous system damage, severe blood pressure or intracranial pressure; 5.Refuse to participate in the experiment;
