Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: =18 years old 2. Diagnosis and treatment history: Already clearly diagnosed with mitral and/or tricuspid valve disease at our center, and have completed the corresponding valve surgery or interventional treatment (such as repair, replacement, edge-to-edge repair, etc.). 3. Key imaging data: Preoperative 3D transesophageal echocardiography and enhanced cardiac CT imaging data that can be used for analysis must be available. The imaging should be collected within a reasonable time window before the target valve surgery or intervention at our center. 4. Data accessibility and quality: The above imaging data must be complete, clear, free of serious artifacts, and available in an anonymized digital format.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Data quality issues: Missing or damaged pre-operative 3D TEE or cardiac CT imaging data. Severe artifacts in the images, incomplete coverage, or poor quality, making it impossible to identify or measure key structures of the target valve. 2. Anatomical interference: Presence of previous metal implants in the target valve area, such as artificial valves or annuloplasty rings, causing significant image artifacts. Severe or complex congenital heart defects that cause too much variation in the target valve anatomy, beyond the scope of this study. 3. Clinical mismatch: Emergency or urgent surgeries where standardized pre-operative multimodal imaging evaluation was not completed. Incomplete medical records, lacking key surgical records or clinical information.
