Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have complete health examination or clinical visits at Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2025. 2. Age >= 18 years old. 3. Pathological diagnosis confirmed as gastrointestinal cancer or precancerous disease. 4. Have baseline metabolic index data: height, weight, waist circumference, blood pressure, lipid-related indicators (such as serum total cholesterol, LDL-C, HDL-C, triglycerides, apoA1, etc.), carbohydrates and energy-related indicators (such as lactic acid, blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin, etc.), amino acids and protein-related metabolism (such as plasma albumin, glutamine, etc.), bile acid-related metabolism (such as serum total bile acids, bile acid mass spectrometry, bilirubin, etc.), and other key metabolites (such as uric acid, creatinine, etc.).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other systemic malignancies. 2.Those who are seriously missing medical records and cannot be effectively analyzed.
