Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who participated in the first, second, or third field survey of this study. 2. Among the aforementioned three field surveys, those who had at least one assessment of glucose metabolism or one fundus photography examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to sign the informed consent form. 2. Inability to cooperate with the completion of this survey (e.g., individuals with psychiatric or psychological disorders that cannot be managed).
